This is done only with your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time from the MyAccount options within the app. You may refuse consent for marketing messages without detriment to any other areas of functionality within the app.

We provide enhanced store visit experiences when you choose to pay using Red Lion Holdings App. You may prevent Red Lion Holdings App from accessing your devices location services, or turn off the location services of your Mobile Device. Doing so will impact the capability of Red Lion Holdings App and prevent you from enjoying an enhanced experience.
### Data you share with us (Including information you give us when signing up, and information which is shared automatically, such as Device ID, and IP address)
We use this data to log you in to Red Lion Holdings App and it helps us understand our customers better and present you with appropriate offers and promotions. Your data is stored in an encrypted database and transferred over a secure network connection. You decide which data you do and do not share with us. If you ask us to, we will update, correct or delete any data which you give to us.
### Your Card details
Your card details are not stored on Red Lion Holdings App and they are only used in accordance with your payment instructions. Your card details are stored with our payment gateway partner - Square - who are a Level 1 certified PCI-DSS Service Provider. You have to use the payments facility within Red Lion Holdings App to pay for your purchase through the app.
### Your profile photo
Your profile photo is used in store to verify your identity. If you ask us to, we will update, correct or delete your profile photo. However, you must have a profile photo if you wish to use Red Lion Holdings App to pay for your purchases in-store.
### Your purchase history
We use your purchase history to provide personalized offers and analyse which products and rewards are most likely to interest you.
## Data storage, protection and your right to access and erasure
Your data is stored in an encrypted database and transferred over secure network connections. We will store your information for as long as your account exists in Red Lion Holdings App. If your user account is entirely inactive for a period of 12 months or more, we will delete your account. If you ask us to, or if you delete your account, we will delete the information linked to your account which can identify you personally, including your profile photo and personal details.
You may ask us, at any time, to provide to you confirmation that your data is being processed and access to your personal data. This will generally be provided within 7-21 working days.

2. GPI REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- These Rules govern the collection and use of points and set out the terms of a contract between Grosvenor Pubs & Inns (Red Lion Holdings) and each primary collector. A Primary Collector can register with the GPI Rewards collection scheme by applying for a membership via the mobile app (GPI Rewards) and can then earn points on most, but not all, purchases. If you apply to register with GPI Rewards or use the GPI Rewards App you accept these rules. We may refuse an application for any good reason.
- Red Lion Holdings reserves the right to change or withdraw the GPI Rewards loyalty scheme at any time and without prior written notification.
- You must be 18 years old or over to be eligible to become a primary collector or to be a member of the GPI Rewards scheme.
- All Primary Collectors must have a resident UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man address. Changes of address must be notified to us.
- To register for GPI Rewards you will need to provide a valid email address.
- By joining GPI Rewards you have the opportunity to sign up to our newsletters to receive updates, offers & promotions by email and or mail. It is not required to opt into marketing however by not doing you may not be eligible to receive exclusive offers and discounts associated with GPI Rewards.
- We reserve the right to terminate your GPI Rewards Account if, in our opinion, you commit any act that we deem inappropriate. If we terminate your account, all outstanding points, vouchers and discounts which you have accrued, will be immediately cancelled and no cash payments or other compensation will be provided.

- GPI Reward points cannot be collected for private group bookings or functions where a unique price has been agreed upon with you.

- GPI Reward Points, discounts and offers may not be sold or transferred to any other individual or collector.
Earning & Redeeming GPI Rewards points and credit
- You will receive 5 points for every £1 spent at any of our participating pubs. You will receive £0.05 credit in your app wallet for every 5 points which will accumulate as a rolling credit. Monetary credit will expire 6 months after being issued.
- Points can be collected at the time of purchase with a valid GPI Rewards loyalty number.
- Primary collectors can access their account using their login details (and track the number of points they have collected) via the GPI Rewards App.
- GPI Rewards and loyalty Points remain the property of Red Lion Holdings at all times and may not be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
- Only one reward can be redeemed on any one visit and cannot be combined.
- Use of credit cannot be in conjunction with any other offer and only one redemption may be used per table.
- Where the value of the total bill is more than the credit being redeemed, users are required to pay the difference ensuring the total value of the bill is paid.
Birthday Drinks
- Where opt-in data has been provided confirming Date of Birth, GPI Rewards members will be gifted a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.
- Minimum of four adults, no maximum.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Sign Up & Reward Bonuses
- Where a sign up bonus for new users or reward bonus existing users is offered, the applied credit will be valid for 2 months after the date of registration or the date the reward bonus was applied to your account. If it isn't used within that time, it will be removed from your account.
- A sign up offer of £10 credit is available to claim until 30th April 2023.
- A rewards bonus of £10 was added to the wallets of existing GPI Rewards on 22nd March 2023 and if unused will expire on 21st May 2023.

Cancellation
