For group bookings (of 3 rooms or more) a 50% prepayment will be taken 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, and the remaining deposit due 4 weeks prior, which is non-transferable.
Cancellations
If your reservation is cancelled up to 2 pm one day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled after 2 pm one day prior to the date of arrival or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation booking will be charged. - We have a limited allocation of bedrooms that can accommodate small/ medium-sized dogs. Guests therefore must advise us at the time of booking (please call directly, as individual room requests cannot be accommodated via our online booking portal) if you wish to bring a dog. Unless you are specifically booked into a room where dogs are permitted, you may not have a dog in our bedrooms. This is because, whilst we love dogs, some guests do not and may have sensitive allergies.
- Well behaved dogs over 1 year may share their owners’ room for an additional fee of £15 per night, inclusive of VAT. This fee covers the additional anti-allergic deep clean requirements.
- Guests are only permitted to have one pet in a room at any given time.
- Your dog must not be left alone in the pub rooms at any time. When dining with us, you are welcome to bring your dog with you to the pub’s designated dog-friendly dining areas, we do ask that your dog be well trained in public areas where food is being served.
- Staff are not permitted to care for your pet during your stay e.g., feeding/ walking.
- Please ensure your dog is always kept on a lead when in public areas of the pub and inn.
- We appreciate accidents can happen; therefore, we ask that you let us know if any accident occurs. Any damage to the room caused by your dog will be assessed by our Duty Manager and any cost incurred will be charged to your card.
- We do politely request that guests control and manage noise made by their pets during their stay, especially in the evenings and overnight, to ensure it does not disturb other guests.
- Please take particular care when taking your dogs outside of the building and keep them on a lead until you feel it is safe to remove, as there is a main road at the front of the pub.
- If taking your dog outside of the premises overnight, we do ask that you ensure the outer doors are secure and locked at all times. Please do not forget to take your keys with you, as we do not have staff on premises between 11 pm – 6 am.
- We reserve the right to review our accommodation commitment should continued disturbances to other guests occur.

GPI Rewards Terms & Conditions
- These Rules govern the collection and use of points and set out the terms of a contract between Grosvenor Pubs & Inns (Red Lion Holdings) and each primary collector. A Primary Collector can register with the GPI Rewards collection scheme by applying for a membership via the mobile app (GPI Rewards) and can then earn points on most, but not all, purchases. If you apply to register with GPI Rewards or use the GPI Rewards App you accept these rules. We may refuse an application for any good reason.
- Red Lion Holdings reserves the right to change or withdraw the GPI Rewards loyalty scheme at any time and without prior written notification.
- You must be 18 years old or over to be eligible to become a primary collector or to be a member of the GPI Rewards scheme.
- All Primary Collectors must have a resident UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man address. Changes of address must be notified to us.
- To register for GPI Rewards you will need to provide a valid email address.
- By joining GPI Rewards you have the opportunity to sign up to our newsletters to receive updates, offers & promotions by email and or mail. It is not required to opt into marketing however by not doing you may not be eligible to receive exclusive offers and discounts associated with GPI Rewards.
- We reserve the right to terminate your GPI Rewards Account if, in our opinion, you commit any act that we deem inappropriate. Earning & Redeeming GPI Rewards points and credit
- You will receive 5 points for every £1 spent at any of our participating pubs. You will receive £0.05 credit in your app wallet for every 5 points which will accumulate as a rolling credit. Monetary credit will expire 6 months after being issued.
- Points can be collected at the time of purchase with a valid GPI Rewards loyalty number.
- Primary collectors can access their account using their login details (and track the number of points they have collected) via the GPI Rewards App.
- GPI Rewards and loyalty Points remain the property of Red Lion Holdings at all times and may not be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
- Only one reward can be redeemed on any one visit and cannot be combined.
- Use of credit cannot be in conjunction with any other offer and only one redemption may be used per table.
- Where the value of the total bill is more than the credit being redeemed, users are required to pay the difference ensuring the total value of the bill is paid.

- Where a sign up bonus for new users or reward bonus existing users is offered, the applied credit will be valid for 2 months after the date of registration or the date the reward bonus was applied to your account. If it isn't used within that time, it will be removed from your account.

Cancellation
